Does not work!!!

The only thing displayed is a white box. No functionality whatsoever. The Owner and Support web site doesnt work either. Complete junk.
Apple - how can you sell things that simply dont work without any recourse for refunds, etc???? How is that even legal? Time to go back to Microsoft.
